Make It Matter
A private conference room ideal for board meetings and executive sessions, comfortably seating 12. Includes direct access to the kitchen and covered deck for added convenience and flexibility.
Where Everybody is Somebody
Designed to inspire engagement, this non-traditional training space accommodates up to 20 guests and features comfortable seating, personal work tables, and an advanced smart screen for dynamic presentations and hands-on sessions.
The Bird’s Nest
An extended covered deck offers a unique outdoor workspace with rocking chairs and work tables, set against the backdrop of West Virginia’s natural landscape. Included with all bookings, it provides the perfect setting for breakout conversations or relaxed collaboration.

$650 The Whole Package
This is great for staff events that require break-out sessions, business socials and open house events, and more! Use our whole space including our Front Lounge/Reception Area, Make It Matter, Where Everybody is Somebody, Treetop lounge, and the Bird's Nest deck! This price is for a 4-hour event time.
Set up and clean up must take place within 4 hour event time.
Includes complimentary water and coffee bar.
Each additional hour is $100.
Individual Meeting Rooms require a 2 hour minimum:
