Our convenient Charleston location is surrounded by four seasons of natural beauty that frame every window. With a covered deck spanning the width of the building, The Retreat is an ideal space to gather inside and out. Plus, in-house catering services, extensive AV capabilities and high-speed internet make it easy to host in-person and virtual events.

Reserve a room or the entire venue to conduct your own meeting, event or party. Each room has its own name and theme. Rent by the hour, with a 4-hour minimum.

Make It Matter

A conference room ideal for board and other meetings that comfortably seats 10 -12. Direct access to kitchen and deck.

Where Everybody is Somebody

A non-traditional training room for up to 30 people with comfy seating, personal work tables, and a high-tech smart screen.

Treetop Lounge

An open, unique co-working space with deck access, windows frame lush trees and West Virginia wildlife, and there’s room to move.

$650 The Whole Package

This is great for staff events that require break-out sessions, business socials and open house events, and more! Get our whole space including our front lounge, Make It Matter, Where Everybody is Somebody, Treetop lounge, and the Bird's Nest deck! This price is for a 4 hour minimum and includes a complimentary hour for event set-up. Each additional hour is $75.

Individual Meeting Rooms require a 2 hour minimum:

Make It Matter: $75/hr
Where Everybody is Somebody: $75/hr
Treetop Lounge: $50/hr
The Hideaway: $50/hr

*Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are provided. Access to the kitchen, and back porch is included. Alcoholic beverages including providing, serving, and liability are the renter's responsibility. Please ask us for catering recommendations.

The Bird’s Nest

This one of a kind space is a three story studio space in the heart of The Retreat. Originally designed for videography and photography use unique can do that and much more! Think garage parties, arts and crafts classes, dance parties - The Sky is the Limit!
